How much does it cost to host?

Nothing upfront. Designers Xpress handles all operational costs.
You earn 20% of event sales (negotiable based on venue & commitment).
The investment is your time and your community.

How much marketing support do I get?

Full package: email templates, 10–15 social posts, printable flyers, branded event hashtag & strategy. You own the distribution; we provide templates and strategy.

How does unified checkout work?

Customers can pay with credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
Designers Xpress manages the payment processor (Shopify Payments or similar). You receive your 20% after platform fees and brand payouts.

Do I need to manage inventory?

No. Brands are responsible for their own inventory. Designers Xpress provides the checkout system; you and brands manage the physical display and sales floor.

What if a brand cancels last minute?

We have contingency protocols. Anchor brands commit early to minimize this risk. In cases of cancellation, we either find a replacement brand or adjust the event scope (fewer brands, reduced marketing, but event still proceeds).

Can I make more money if I commit to multiple events?

Yes. Hosts who commit to 2–3 events per year can negotiate premium terms, including higher revenue share or guaranteed minimum payments.
